R’ Lipa Klein, one of the elder Chabad Chassidim of Nachlas Har Chabad, who preserved his Chassidic life in Tashkent during Soviet times amidst great challenges, and later one of the founders and longtime secretary of the Bucharian Yeshiva – Ohr Simcha in Kfar Chabad, passed away on the first days of Sukkos, 5786.
